Silverchair Platform clients may raise a Silverchair Client Services request here.

The Client Services team operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00am-6:00pm ET and are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of emergency.

In the Silverchair Platform Client Portal, clients may:

  • Request a project
  • Request support
  • Report a defect
  • Suggest an idea for the Platform

User Guides

Comprehensive User Guides are available via the client-specific Silverchair Platform Tools Portal. Additionally, in the SiteBuilder tool, clients may leverage SilverChat, our AI-powered chat agent trained on full platform documentation.

Finally, a wealth of additional client resources may be found on the Forum Hub, which provides shared product & communication resources, events archives & registration, and opportunities for cross-publisher collaboration.

This client-only site may be accessed via an SSO with the Tools Portal. Simply log in to the Tools Portal and follow the links in the header to be authenticated to access this content.

The Forum Hub contains the live platform development plan, the client blog, platform release notes, a consultant directory, and much more. 

Please note that while User Guides are available to all Silverchair Platform Tool Users, including vendors and institutional admins, the Forum Hub is for publisher staff only.
